Raw energy is for everyone to learn the basics of raw food. Eating raw foods is an essential part of a healthy, balanced diet. Whether you’re looking for a way to spice up your veggie preparations or you want to explore the world of raw foods in greater depth, come along for this course. Learn about the basic techniques and ingredients of raw cuisine, how to craft delicious and nutritious meals at home also.

The course contains a welcome drink, lecture part, the making of 3-4 recipes with demonstration of food preparation where you can also join in and finally we eat the meal we created.

Reservation: Because we need to plan for the event, and buy fresh ingredients, we need to be sure how many people are coming. She has been sharing her experiences and visions in the last 4 years on her blog (www.repakonyha.blogspot.com ) and on various lectures around Hungary. She has been inspired by her own health improving experiences and international travels to America and in Europe. She is doing raw food catering, organizing pop-up dinners and making packaged raw vegan delights.
